This policy explains what data we collect when you visit ofemy.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: June 2, 2026
1. Who we are
1.1. Ofemy is a small group of focused web tools built and operated by the ReAtom team.
1.2. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at hello@ofemy.com.
2. Scope of this policy
2.1. This policy covers the ofemy.com website — the landing page you are reading now.
2.2. The individual Ofemy products (for example Signage, Budget and Focus) run on their own subdomains and may have their own privacy policies and accounts. This policy does not cover data you provide directly inside those products.
3. What we collect
3.1. This website does not have user accounts and does not ask you to submit personal data through forms.
3.2. Technical data. Like most websites, our servers and infrastructure providers may automatically process basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit, for security and reliability.
3.3. Analytics data. If you consent to analytics cookies, we collect aggregated usage statistics through Google Analytics (see sections 6 and 7).
3.4. Email. If you email us (for example at hello@ofemy.com), we process the contents of your message and your email address to reply.
3.5. We do not sell your data, and we do not process special categories of sensitive personal data through this website.
4. How we use it
4.1. To operate, secure and maintain the website.
4.2. To understand how the website is used and improve it (only with your analytics consent).
4.3. To respond to messages you send us.
5. Legal basis
5.1. Legitimate interests — for operating and securing the website (necessary technical data).
5.2. Consent — for analytics cookies. You can give or withdraw this consent at any time (see section 6).
5.3. Legitimate interests / your request — for replying to emails you send us.
7. Analytics & third parties
7.1. We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to measure website usage, and only after you accept analytics cookies.
7.2. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent before your consent. IP anonymization is enabled.
7.3. Google may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
8. Data retention
8.1. Technical / server logs: kept for a limited period for security and diagnostics.
8.2. Analytics data: retained according to Google Analytics defaults (up to 14 months); aggregated, anonymized statistics may be kept longer.
8.3. Email correspondence: kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
9. Your rights
9.1. Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
9.2. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@ofemy.com.
9.3. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Security
10.1. We use HTTPS (TLS) for all traffic and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
11. Children
11.1. This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact hello@ofemy.com and we will delete it.
